Our Parent Empowerment Program is designed to help you make small, manageable adjustments in your daily life that lead to BIG, positive outcomes for your family.

Whether you’re on a waitlist for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, awaiting a diagnosis, or simply trying to improve daily routines, this program offers simple, effective strategies to support your neurodivergent child’s development. We give you the tools to build structure, manage behaviors, and strengthen your relationship, all while empowering you to navigate the ups and downs of parenting.

What We Offer

We’ll help you identify simple, evidence-based strategies you can start using today—whether it’s adjusting routines, enhancing communication, or creating positive behavior systems. If you're on a waitlist for direct ABA therapy services, this program provides immediate access to strategies rooted in ABA principles. We empower you to start supporting your child at home right away, giving you tools to manage challenging behaviors, create structure, and build emotional connections while waiting for services.

 

3. Tools for Families Awaiting a Diagnosis
It can be difficult to navigate the unknown while awaiting a diagnosis, but you don’t have to wait for answers to begin supporting your child. Our program gives you practical tools that work for children at any stage of development, offering you structure and support during uncertain times.

Whether it’s managing transitions, regulating sensory needs, or setting up consistent routines, we provide simple strategies that can be immediately applied to your daily life. Sarah Wescott

Sarah began her career at RCABA in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) while still in college and playing collegiate soccer. Over time, she transitioned to a full-time position at RCABA, stepping away from her athletic pursuits to focus on her passion for supporting individuals and families. In 2021, Sarah further advanced her career by becoming a clinician, deepening her expertise and broadening her impact. The teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills she developed through sports have seamlessly translated into her work at RCABA, where she consistently applies these strengths in her daily interactions.

Now, Sarah extends her expertise by offering guidance and support to families seeking additional resources or direction for their child’s development. This service is especially valuable for families on the waitlist for direct ABA services or those simply looking for answers and expert advice. Sarah is commitmentted to empowering families and providing thoughtful, personalized support.
